Your First Class at Jiu Jitsu and Dreams

Our no gi classes require our students to be dressed appropriately to ensure a safe and comfortable space to learn. 

We recommend a close fitting shirt or rashguard, and spats/leggings or shorts without pockets . Loose fitting clothing is more likely to cause injury by accident. 

The use of a mouth guard is recommended for kids and adults. 

Please remove any jewelry and piercings before class.

We expect out students to have clean hygiene and keep their nails trimmed, in consideration of their training partners. 

Our Big Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are for age 8 and older. 

Our Adults Jiu Jitsu classes are for age 16 and older.
